Norovirus Outbreaks: What Seniors, Kids & Caregivers Should Watch For
We may be hearing more about Norovirus which is highly contagious. It is most common in the US during late fall, winter, and early spring. It can cause severe vomiting and diarrhea. Symptoms typically last 1-3 days and people can recover without treatment. More at risk are the elderly, young children and people with other medical conditions.
